Welcome to my Bird Farm South blog.  I am Lisa Strafford and my husband is the Door Guru.  Writing is somehow natural to me and I hope that this blog can bridge the distance between many important people and parts of our lives.  If your place in our lives is VERY SERIOUS, please forgive my frivolous nature.  I will try to keep everything in proper categories. 

We call our little piece of rural earth the Bird Farm.  It is South of where we grew up.  Hence the name.  Please check back soon for new entries.
