BIRD FARM SOUTHAntelope With Broccoli
This is a picture of the Antelope with Broccoli. I posted a link to
the recipe a couple weeks ago. Someday I'll get back to taking
pictures with a real camera; for the time being, this little Sony
point and shoot will have to do. The meal was great and the
antelope tasted nothing like sagebrush or sand or even autumn
olive trees. It tasted like clean red meat and even the Door
Guru, who REALLY doesn't like rice, ate it all. Makes me grin.

We somked an antelope the last time we smoked a pig for the church, I was quite surprised how good it was. I wanted to thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. I'm back from Texas and I hit the ground running because I have not started Christmas. With eight grandchildren expecting the perfect gift from Grandma Muzzie...no pressure here!
