BIRD FARM SOUTHSister Grows Up
The Norwich terrier puppy, Sister, is growing up.
She surprised the Door Nut this morning with a sharp bark followed by a leap and a crunch.
The barn always harbors a rat or two under the hay. Sister is going to make short work of
the individuals silly enough to venture out when she patrols.
We tend to still think of her as this.
She is not that little puppy any more. She is a veteran of 2 levels of obedience training
with Norm Aguirre at K9U in East Moline, IL. She has spent the summer on camping
trips and logged more miles than most dogs accrue in a lifetime.
So on Tuesday, think of Sister Eva and wish her a Happy Birthday. I'll probably forget.
